PartnersFirst Programme in EMEA

PartnersFirst is a channel programme tailored to help our partners enhance the value of Zebra specialist printing solutions and increase customer satisfaction. Learn more about PartnersFirst Programme levels and how to join Zebra's PartnersFirst in EMEA.

The core objectives of the PartnersFirst programme in EMEA are to:

  • Provide a foundation for a consistent and transparent partner programme across the EMEA region
  • Recognise and reward channel partner value and expertise in line with their commitment to Zebra
  • Enable margins that encourage partner investment in Zebra
  • Provide a range of leading benefits to partners in order to assist in incremental revenue growth, education and market development
The programme recognises four categories of direct partners:

  • Authorised Distributor
  • Premier Partners
  • Advanced Partners
  • Associate Partners
The Programme also recognises those resellers who buy through a Zebra Authorised Distributor as branded Zebra Resellers.

The various programme levels recognise partners with specialist expertise, knowledge and/or training. Current specialist programmes include: RFID Specialist, Kiosk Specialist, Card Specialist, Supplies Specialist, and Zebra Authorised Service Providers (ZASP).

Those companies whose products and services are complementary to Zebra’s own, and together create a complete customer solution, can become either an ISV Partner or an Alliance Partner within the PartnersFirst programme. Our ISV Partners are organisations who are focused on the design and sale of software that incorporates a Zebra printer as part of the total solution. An Alliance Partner is an organisation that does not resell Zebra products, but whose own products are complementary to the Zebra product range.
